REIKI can help unlock inner flow, releasing energy blocks to restore inner balance. Reiki treats the whole person including their mind, body, emotions and spirit. For your Reiki session you will lie fully clothed (shoes removed) on a massage table. Then, while listening to relaxing music your practitioner will place their hands lightly on or above specific energy points to help facilitate the flow of energy and release blocks. When a block is released you may feel a cold or hot sensation, or you may feel an emotional release or simply nothing at all. A Reiki healing treatment can take up to 5 days to fully process.
