For all patients. Intended for patients who have not seen our Chiropractors for more than 6 months or have a new injury you would like us to look at. We will complete a brief history combined with a physical examination. This hands-on assessment will help guide a focused plan of action to assist in your recovery. Treatment will be included in this visit.
