The Akashic Records are often described as a vast, energetic library that holds the story of every soul: every lifetime, thought, choice, and experience across time. Many traditions point to this record as something we can access for deeper understanding of our life, our patterns, and the parts of ourselves that carry forward from one lifetime into the next.
This treatment works much like a Biodynamic Craniosacral session. Kristen uses gentle, hands-on touch to listen to the body, but here the intention is to access the places where past life experiences have left blocks or held patterns, so they can be recognized, released, and healed. Because the work moves through whatever comes up in the moment, this session is offered as a full two hours: enough space for the experience to unfold naturally, and time afterward to talk through what came up and what it might mean for you.
This is a deeply personal, intuitive process, and every session looks a little different depending on what's ready to be explored. Come with an open mind and, if it feels right, a few questions or areas of your life you're curious about.
