If you plan to use insurance, please ensure you book with an RMT and complete your Intake Form with your insurance details before your appointment.
24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY (Strict) : At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee, regardless of reason.
ADDRESS : We are located at 119 W Pender St - Suite #114, within the Duncan Building! When you arrive, please DIAL #114 on the intercom to be let into the building. For patients who plan to come by car, please be advised that the building itself does not have parking, but there are plenty of parkades and street parking nearby.
PARKING : Parking at International Village Mall is available from 10:00 AM. Mall visitors can receive up to 2 hours of free parking by scanning the QR code (or REGISTER HERE) in the parkade and registering their vehicle license plate number. On-street parking on Abbott St is available between Keefer St and Expo Blvd, between Expo Blv. and W Pender St (in front of T&T). Costco parking is also available 2 blocks away.

DIRECT BILLING : We Offer Direct Billing! We’ll bill your insurance provider directly.
