TCM Assessment
Your first visit with a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner is designed to give a complete picture of your health. It usually begins with a detailed conversation about your main concerns, overall well-being, lifestyle, and medical history. The practitioner will also use traditional diagnostic methods—such as tongue and pulse analysis—to understand your body’s energy balance and identify any underlying patterns of imbalance.
Based on this assessment, they’ll create a personalized treatment plan that may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, or other TCM therapies. The goal of the first visit is to understand the root of your condition, start gentle treatment, and outline a clear path toward restoring balance and improving your health
