During this initial appointment we'll go over an In depth review of your health, medical history, and establish your goals. We'll review any recent lab test results, and medical reports. Lastly we'll form a plan that suits your needs.
Please note this is a virtual appointment performed over a secure video link or over the phone and is best supported using Chrome.

CANCELLATION POLICY
