We are located in the Okanagan Lake Shopping Center in West Kelowna across the parking lot from Pins & Pints and between True Dental and Lakepoint Medical. Please do not type West Kelowna Integrative Health into your navigation as you will end up at the wrong office.
Cancellation Policy
When you schedule with us that time is reserved just for you. Please give us 24 hours notice for cancellations so that patients who are in need of care are able to be seen. If not, appointments are subject 50% fee for no shows and late cancellations.
ICBC Claims
If your accident was in the last 3 months and you’ve spoken to your adjuster, you are pre-approved for chiropractic, massage, and kinesiology.
If your claim is older than 3 months, please give us a call with your claim number, adjuster’s email, and adjuster’s phone number so that we can make sure your care is approved.
