Ergonomic Assessment
An Ergonomic Assessment is designed to evaluate your workspace and daily tasks to identify risk factors that may contribute to pain, discomfort, or injury. During the assessment, a clinician will review your posture, workstation setup, movement patterns, and work habits.
Based on this evaluation, you will receive personalized recommendations to optimize your workspace, improve posture, and reduce strain. This may include adjustments to your chair, desk, computer setup, or workflow, as well as guidance on stretching, movement breaks, and safe body mechanics. Ergonomic assessments are ideal for preventing work-related injuries and supporting long-term musculoskeletal health.
Optional: For workplace or insurance purposes, a written report with recommendations can also be provided.
