Welcome to On Track Physiotherapy.

Please ensure that you have everything you need that would pertain to your appt such as shorts/t-shirt/tank top as we may not have something available in your size. We also ask that you bring a pair of indoor shoes or slippers as all outdoor footwear is removed at the door. Please call and reschedule your appt if you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms. If you arrive and are sick , the practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment.

Any late cancellations and no shows will be subject to a 50% charge of the fee for the missed appointment
