Price listed DOES NOT INCLUDE the cost of the Pessary. Pessaries are billed separately and must be self-submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
You will be required to pay for each pessary that is used in the fitting. Any pessary used in the fitting, that does not fit you, will be billed at manufacturers cost. The pessary that does fit will be billed at the cost of a prescription device.
Pessaries cannot be fitted or dispensed without a valid prescription from your primary care provider & referral on file.
NOTE: you MUST bring your pessary prescription with you to this appointment OR you will not be fitted and you will be billed for a Pelvic Floor Physio treatment. You may also choose to email it to us in advance of your appointment if you prefer.
