Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a space in the practitioner’s day that could have been offered to another patient. Patients who provide less than 48 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to the full treatment cost. Direct Billing Many of our licensed practitioners (including our acupuncturists, naturopathic doctor, and RMTs) offer direct billing, though coverage varies by practitioner and plan.
