An orthotic assessment consists of a 3D scan or foam casting, gait analysis, foot & lower body functional exam, Prior to your appointment please consult with your insurance provider if a medical doctor note is needed and that a Doctor of Chiropractic can dispense your orthotics in order for coverage of custom orthotics.
