This is for existing clients to learn to shop clean and healthy at their most frequently visited grocery store (within 25km distance from the clinic). Alice will walk through every aisle in the grocery store to go through different food groups, educate clients on how to effectively read nutrition labels and ingredient lists, as well as spot the health-washing tactics used by food companies. She dives deep into how foods are prepared and help you understand the spectrum of factors to consider when shopping for different foods. For example, out of the 50 different kinds of breads, what is the best option and why? Up to two members from the same household are welcome to join the tour without additional cost. In fact, Alice encourages it as she understands how valuable it is for clients to have the support of their close ones on their health journey.
