At Optimum Performance Physiotherapy the health and well-being of our patients is of the upmost importance. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and want to minimize the spread to our community. At this time we are still open but will be making a few changes to promote continued patient safety. We encourage all clients that are sick or are experiencing symptoms such as sore throat, fever, coughing and/or difficulty breathing to call or text to reschedule their appointment at 705-241-8024 or call only at 705-503-7890. During this time we will be more lenient with late cancellation fees and rescheduling. The Midhurst location is currently not opened. All appointments will take place at 101-500 Huronia Rd in Barrie

At this time we are asking that all patients remain in their personal vehicles until they receive a text message from Colleen before entering into the clinic. Only after receiving this message should patients enter the clinic via the rear/direct entry (formerly staff entrance) and proceed directly into the treatment room. You must perform hand sanitizing in the room before and after each session. Please arrive with your own mask if possible. This will allow for appropriate social distancing to be maintained in our clinic environment.
If patients would prefer we can also provide electronic/TeleRehab appointments at this time. We are aware that the situation could change at anytime and encourage patients with appointments to check their messages regularly for updates. We thank everyone for their cooperation during this time as we work through these changes together.
