Spinal Energetics – 60 min
Spinal Energetics helps release chronic, stored tension patterns in the spine by using guided breathwork and working with the subtle energy body and chakra system. By accessing energetic points along the spine and energy field, it restores balance, improves physical tension, and releases stored emotions held in the spine, nervous system, and energy field. The therapy includes physical assessments, a brief discussion of concerns and intentions, and light touch while you remain clothed on the massage table. Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
