This integrated session combines Spinal Energetics with therapeutic massage to release chronic tension, restore balance, and improve physical tension. Spinal Energetics works by accessing energetic points along the spine, utilizing guided breathwork, and working with the subtle energy body and chakra system to promote overall healing. Each session includes physical assessments and a discussion of concerns and intentions, with the first part being spinal energetics portion clothed on the table followed by a transition into traditional massage for enhanced relaxation and healing.
