Acupuncture treatment sessions are available to current patients of Dr. Janea’s and she has prescribed acupuncture as part of your treatment plan. During these visits acupuncture will be performed. We will also assess your progress, re-evaluate your treatment plan and answer any questions you may have.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
