This appointment is required for patients wishing to work with and receive treatment from Dr. Janea. Your primary health concerns and goals, health history, and focused physical exams will be reviewed. You will leave the initial visit with testing recommendations and a preliminary treatment plan with any pressing prescriptions. We recommend booking an extended follow through (45 minutes) approximately 1 month after your initial appointment.
