🚫 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment compromises our level of care and your results. Any cancellations or changes to your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
💳 CREDIT CARD POLICY: A credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment, a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled appointment will be charged.
📑 INSURANCE BILLING: We direct bill to most insurance companies. Please read the intake form carefully and ensure to add your insurance information accurately. Remember to bring your insurance information to your initial appointment so we can ensure all the necessary details.
