Her approach takes into account the interconnectedness between thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and somatic experiences. She applies a polyvagal nervous system lens to her work while utilizing a combination of traditional talk therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness-based approaches, reprocessing therapy, and body-oriented techniques to help her clients create lasting change.
