During follow-up appointments we will go over any changes to current health picture, new symptoms or symptom relief will be noted and herbal formulas are adjusted to address where your body is now at with your health goals in mind. To assist with recall during follow-up appointments it is recommended to keep a health journal so that formulas and suggestions are accurate as possible.
Follow-up appointment frequency is dependent on health condition - digestive disturbances heal very quickly and therefore two week intervals are recommended, whereas conditions that are related to hormones would require longer time between appointments.
