Your first visit will include taking a summary of your overall health. I will ask you about any previous health issues in addition to learning about current ones, your home and work life and your general mental and emotional well being.
No two sessions will be completely alike, since the work will depend on your current needs. The experience of the session is often deeply relaxing afterwards. Occasionally, there is a “cleansing response” in which long held symptoms become worse for 24 to 48 hours before resolving.
Sessions last for an hour. Most individuals need several visits within the first couple of months and then they can become less frequent. It is recommended to have regular sessions as a preventative measure.
