Please note that once you sign up you commit to pay for this series and will be enrolled in all 8 classes. We are holding this spot for you for the entirety of the series therefore there will be no refunds issued. If you can't make a class, you are welcome to share it with a family member or friend.
In this 8-class series we’ll explore the spine through the lens of rest, the nervous system and creativity. Each session of this series will offer a select few restorative yoga shapes, breathwork and tools for nervous system regulation.
