BY SIGNING UP FOR THE FIRST CLASS YOU COMITT TO ALL 12 CLASSES at this rate even if you have to miss one. We hold this spot for you, thanks for understanding. There are also 2 education sessions the first week.
GLA:D is an exercise and education rehab program to reduce symptoms and increase function in clients who have osteoarthritis of the hip and knee.
2 X week for 7 weeks (2 are education).
Classes are Tuesday 6:45 and Friday 5:00 for 7 weeks.
Cost: $504. MUST ATTEND AND PAY FOR ALL CLASSES. NO REFUNDS OR CLASS CREDIT.
This series may be covered under your benefits, call your provider to inquire. If it is not covered you are responsible for all payments.
Clients must have done an initial visit with Dr. Garrett before class starts.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
