This treatment offers a quicker and needle-free option for a cosmetic treatment, focusing on the facial and neck region. Gua Sha is a scraping technique used in Chinese Medicine to relieve tight, painful, and/or blocked areas- helping to to detoxify and promote blood flow to these regions. Expect a mix of massage and gua sha in this session, and this may also include infrared therapy depending on your individual needs and availability. This session can also be a great opportunity to learn to gua sha at home.
