ADP (Assistive Devices Program) Assessment and Authorization
Please note: **This session is not covered under Massage Therapy.** Please speak with your extended health insurance provider to see if this is covered under your plan.
For patients that have an existing lymphedema diagnosis and compression garment and would like to reassess and renew the ADP (Assistive Devices Program) Authorization form.
Your appointment will include an assessment to determine the exact type of compression garment(s) you require and your therapist will also confirm your ADP eligibility.
Please note, if it has been 2 years or more since your last application and/or there has been a change in your condition, a specialist physician is required to sign and date the form first.

Most of this first podiatry visit is spent figuring out why your feet or lower legs are bothering you — history, walking and standing assessment, footwear check, and hands-on examination of joints, skin and nails — then you leave with a clear explanation and next-step plan.
