Initial doula support consultation is 30 minutes long and free of charge.
We will meet in person either in my office or an agreed upon location to discuss what a doula's role is and what kind of support you are looking for. We will also discuss the process of working with me and everything that is included in this package.

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
