The initial assessment involves providing a health history, a functional assessment, manual therapy (hands on treatment), and an individualized home program (accessed through an app or PDF as desired).
Initial assessments are for first time patients or re-evaluation of existing patients if a new area of concern is addressed or with a substantial gap between treatments (~6+ months).
