ICBC: We are accepting new ICBC claims for Chiropractic Care, Kinesiology, Athletic Therapy and Physiotherapy with Madigan Chartier only. Please let our front staff know if your appointment is connected to an ICBC claim.

WORKSAFE CLAIMS: We do not accept WorkSafeBC claims. Please refer to the WorkSafeBC website for a list of clinics that are authorized providers.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that our therapists only get paid for hours they are booked. Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. Missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of you appointment fee. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to the full appointment fee.

Please note: Zwannie is currently on Maternity Leave. We are currently only taking ICBC claims for Kinesiology, Chiropractic Care and Physiotherapy with Madigan Chartier and Jake Mueller.
