For all new patients. This appointment is required for who would like to start the IV therapy the same day and have NOT previously had an initial assessment . This initial assessment includes discussing your heath goals, physical examination and order/review blood work. It also determines the customized nutrients formula that best suited for each individual patient .
Please note : the visit cost covered under Naturopath by most private heath insurance plans.
Please note : The cost of Injectables " IV vitamins " or vitamin D are separate from the visit fees and are added as a separate item in the receipt. The Vitamin cost range is 55-109 $ on an individual basis.
