**Initial ICBC Appointment is CALL TO BOOK ONLY** Please call 604-683-7246 to provide us your 1) Adjuster Name 2) Claim Number so painPRO can validate the claim with ICBC. If you are wanting to start treatment before your claim has been approved, you may do so, but you must pay the ICBC rate of initial session plus GST until claim is approved. It is the patients responsibility to collect reimbursement from ICBC for treatments completed prior to claim validation between painPRO and ICBC.
