Treatment includes: detailed discussion of your progress so far; an acupuncture treatment modeled after your current pain and/or symptoms; and a sweet, sweet acu-nap. There will definitely be time for some cupping, guasha, or tuina.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
