In this consult, you will go over two questionnaires to uncover any imbalances you may have and find out which body systems to address and in what order (Digestive, Intestinal, Nervous, Endocrine, Reproductive, Immune/Lymphatic, Skeletal, Circulatory/Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Urinary).
This is the opportunity for me to learn more about you.
Once Nancy knows and understands your needs, struggles, imbalances and which body system(s) to address, she creates your Personalized Wellness Plan (Dietary Recommendations, Supplementation Recommendations & Lifestyle/Psycho-Spiritual Recommendations).
A one week personalized meal plan is included.
Customized Wellness Plan is delivered 1 week after the Initial Consultation.
