Welcome to Happy Valley’s Online booking site: Please Note: WSBC and ICBC Assessments cannot be booked online. If your injury is the result of a work related accident or motor vehicle accident please call the clinic to speak with one of our Patient Experience Coordinators to book an assessment. Phone: 250-478-7227 WSBC and ICBC claims require our staff to verify your claim information before booking. “Healing is a process not an event!” We include a treatment plan with each assessment. Please consider reserving your follow ups ahead so that your busy schedule can match up with our clinician’s and allow us to guide you to your goals. We recommend reserving 2 spaces a week for the first 2 weeks after assessment to ensure you are able to reach the goals you set with your clinician. Bookings can be adjusted after your assessment based on your personal needs. Clinical Counselling : Please consider reserving your subsequent sessions ahead so that your busy schedule can match up with our counsellors to support you with your goals. We typically recommend booking 4-6 sessions, weekly or bi-weekly to begin. Important: Even with direct billing PLEASE BE READY TO PAY IN FULL OUT OF POCKET if there is an issue with your insurer’s online service interruptions or your specific policy’s billing eligibility. Only you can see your policy’s terms (except ICBC) and how much you are eligible for. Some plans may require a physician’s prescription. Please understand that there may be instances where direct billing won’t be available for reasons such as insurer’s online service interruptions, your specific policy’s billing eligibility, etc. In these cases, please be ready to pay for the whole session cost. Parkway Physiotherapy + Performance Centres operate independently from all insurance companies, we have no way to check specific details of your policy (except for ICBC).
