This treatment will include both Traditional & Dynamic Cupping combined with general Massage Techniques.
Traditional Cupping is used on tight muscles and in places of stagnation and to promote healing and relaxation. You will have purple bruising in circles with this treatment.
Dynamic Cupping uses silicone cups applying negative pressure on the skin. The cup is suctioned onto the skin and/or gliding movements are used along the muscle fibre. Benefits of cupping include increased blood flow to muscles, enhanced general circulation, release of toxicity, loosening of tense fascia, and to sedate the nervous system.
