In this 1:1 session, we’ll tune into the quiet power your body holds. I will verbally and energetically guide you to a deeper understanding on how you can personally tap into your own abilities to receive messages. While seated on the massage table, we begin with subtle movement, touch, and presence to embody the experience and make space for what’s ready to come forward. You may find emotions rising, a truth revealing itself or an intuitive feeling you used to have but forgot for a while. I will guide you through channeling your own messages. This can be using cards, images, or the sensations in your body. Together, we’ll create a safe space to anchor the messages into your being so you can tap into this process on your own. The energetic shift might not be loud, but it will be present. This is the kind of remembering that stays with you.
