Cupping is a Traditional Chinese Medicine modality that involves the use of glass, silicone or plastic cups to provide a suction effect on the tissue. This technique will remove knots, release chronic tension, increase mobility and decrease pain. An effective and quick alternative to a massage or acupuncture treatment if you're in need of some relief. Helpful for: headaches, neck/shoulder tension, back pain, knee pain, pinched nerves... to name a few.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
