This is a 60 minute (in-person) physiotherapy assessment. It is appropriate for new clients and for previous clients with a new injury. This time includes an in-depth assessment of your injury, treatment, education and exercise prescription.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
