Tuesday Evenings 7-8:30pm July 25th, August 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th, 2026.
5 week educational class lead by Kelda Toney, PT, Odessa Kress, RN, Mama Coach, and Kyra Barbero RN. Topics include: exercise for pregnancy and birth prep, stages of labour and types of birth, navigating care and advocacy, pain management options, techniques for comfort and pain relief, how a birth partner can assist in labour, breastfeeding, postpartum health, and more! Birth partner participation is encouraged.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
