Custom orthotics cast using 3D scanning technology. The cost of the appointment and for the orthotics will be $475.00. A $200 deposit is required, which is not refundable, and will go towards the cost of the orthotics when they are picked up,
which is when the remaining balance is to be paid. Orthotics are useful for many conditions of the foot, knees, hip and back.
