Many of our services (both in person and virtual appointments) can be booked online. However, if you are struggling to find a SERVICE you would like or an appointment as SOON as you would like, please call us at 403-742-4533 and we will do our best to fit you in ASAP! (There are often last minute cancellations that will not show up online)
AFTER BOOKING ONLINE for an assessment, you should receive a digital INTAKE FORM . If you do not receive this form, please call us and we will send it. If this is not done ahead of your appointment, it will take away from the time the therapist has to spend with you. If you would rather fill this out in person, please come 10-15 minutes early and we will assist you!
WE DO DIRECT BILL insurance companies for both in person and virtual appointments. You are able to submit your extended care information online on the digital form, or you may bring it to your appointment and we can get that information directly from you in person.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY is 24 hours notice or 1 business day (meaning Monday cancellations must be done Friday). This allows us enough time to fill your cancelled appointment with someone who may be waiting to get in. If we receive less than the allowed cancellation notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
