Red (635 nanometer) is one of the most common wavelengths used by Acupuncturists to provide an effective and safe alternative to needles for patients with certain sensitivities or fear. It is completely painless which makes it great for children and those with sensitivities.
The red laser model's wavelength is the same wavelength of a healthy cell. It's commonly used to increase ATP production in the cell and gently stimulate Acupuncture points and increase circulation.

What it is
Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
