I’m passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and supporting overall balance and wellbeing. I take a very individualized approach to treatment and adjust each session based on what you need that day, whether that’s pain relief, recovery, stress support, or maintenance care to help you keep feeling your best. I work with a variety of concerns, with a particular interest in facial acupuncture, musculoskeletal issues like neck and shoulder tension, headaches, sciatica, pain, and mobility restrictions, as well as stress, anxiety, and digestive health. My goal is to create treatments that not only help relieve symptoms, but also support your overall health and wellbeing. I want patients to feel comfortable, listened to, and supported throughout their care. I’m especially interested in the connection between movement, recovery, and overall wellness, which continues to influence the way I approach treatment. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active through tennis, strength training, and hiking, and my own connection to movement has helped shape how I understand the body and recovery process.

Red (635 nanometer) is one of the most common wavelengths used by Acupuncturists to provide an effective and safe alternative to needles for patients with certain sensitivities or fear. It is completely painless which makes it great for children and those with sensitivities. The red laser model's wavelength is the same wavelength of a healthy cell. It's commonly used to increase ATP production in the cell and gently stimulate Acupuncture points and increase circulation.
