Treatments use specific acupuncture points to support cervical ripening, uterine readiness, and relaxation of the pelvic and lower back musculature. Acupuncture may also help calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and promote optimal positioning for birth. Sessions are tailored to each individual and coordinated with your stage of pregnancy and birth plan.
