Somatic Movement, Level One
Reconnect with your body in a gentle, supportive environment, every Wednesday evening for six weeks from 530pm to 7pm.
This beginner-friendly somatic movement class is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and build awareness from the inside out. Through simple, guided movements and mindful attention, you’ll explore how your body feels, moves, and responds—without pressure, performance, or prior experience.
Perfect for anyone new to somatics, recovering from stress or injury, or simply looking for a calmer, more intuitive way to move, this class focuses on:
Improving body awareness and posture
Reducing chronic tension and discomfort
Enhancing mobility and ease of movement
Supporting nervous system regulation and relaxation
All movements are slow, accessible, and adaptable to your comfort level. You don’t need to be flexible —just curious and willing to listen to your body.
Come as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and connected.
You only need to sign up for the first class and you will automatically be added to all six classes.

Most of the appointment is spent watching how you move and load your body — gait, squat, balance, mobility and strength work — with coaching and exercise adjustments in real time, and you leave with a clearer picture of your movement patterns and a plan to practise.
