This assessment is required for all new patients who would like IV Nutrient Therapy but have NOT previously had an appointment with one of Phenom's Naturopathic Doctors. This initial assessment also determines the nutrient IV formula best suited to each individual patient. This appointment will take place at the Phenom HPM Clinic in Burlington.
