Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.

45 minNew patientTMJ (Temporomandibular) joint disorders are conditions that affect the jaw and surrounding areas. During the initial assessment, the physiotherapy will perform a thorough history, followed by an examination of the jaw, neck and thoracic spine, including all muscles and joints. Treatment is also included in the first session.
