The ear contains a microsystem that reflects the whole body, allowing for targeted treatment of pain, stress, sleep disturbance, cravings, and autonomic imbalance. Fine needles or ear seeds may be used depending on presentation.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
