Physiotherapy Assessment for Criminal act victims (IVAC)
Assessment for a person who suffers from physical disabilities and pain after being the victim of a criminal offense. Before scheduling your appointment, it's important that you have seen a doctor that filled a physiotherapy prescription and an IVAC medical form. Please bring said documents at your appointment. The service is free for those who are eligible and we charge directly at the CNESST who has a partnership with the IVAC.
