“I had a massage therapy, deep tissue, with Simon Dayan and It's definitely the best deep tissue massage I've had! I have tried other spots for deep tissue but they only get a certain body part right. I went to address my forearm and back pain from climbing and my knee pain from running. “I’ve been lucky enough to have Pablo as my therapist. His approach is a lot smoother and less focused on intensity and more on healing. He will take the time to properly assess your case and then work with you to build a proper treatment plan . He also focuses a lot more on pain management and a hands on approach. Doesn’t sugarcoat or sell you a dream. Compared to other therapists and clinics who seem to be in a hurry to get you back at work Pablo will take the time needed to really get to the root of the issue.

“Highly recommended. They are nothing but friendly and really take the time to listen to your needs. Juvenal was my physiotherapist and he was very calm and understanding and actually pointed out that I had a more severe issue than the original diagnostic. One trip to the emergency and he was right! I need surgery!
